Department Of Computer Science

Welcome to the Computer Science Department, which is a vibrant center of innovation and excellence deeply committed to equipping students for the dynamic and rapidly evolving technology landscape. The Department of Computer Science was established in the Academic year 1987 -1988 with MCA Programme and B.Sc. Computer
Science programme with the objective of importing quality education in the field of Computer Science and Applications. In addition, the Department offers BCA, B.Sc CS Cyber Security, B.Sc CS Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, M.Sc Computer Science and M.Phil Computer Science. Here, we blend rigorous academic programs, including undergraduate and advanced degrees, with practical, hands-on experience, underpinned by our faculty’s rich expertise and our state-of-the-art facilities. Our curriculum is carefully designed to cover a spectrum of
areas like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and software development, ensuring that
students are not just ready for the current tech industry but are also well-prepared to lead its
future. Beyond the classroom, our strong industry connections provide valuable internship
and career opportunities, while our focus on research and innovation empowers students to
contribute to groundbreaking developments in the field. In our college, we don’t just teach
computer science; we foster a community where the next generation of tech leaders,
